Customer Service @NVX is Outstanding. This Spare Tire Sub is perfect for the person that wants to give a factory or aftermarket system a fullness they wouldn't get from just (4) 6.5's in the doors. I put it in a Toyota Rav4 and it shakes the mirrors and you can feel it in your chest. With the included volume ****, you can decide what level you want. That being said, NVX needs to change the owner's manual. Please note that you need to run an Amp signal wire (along with the RCA's) from the aftermarket head unit to the amp's red wire in the sub's harness. Low level RCA's alone won't provide the power on signal for the amp. Greatly Satisfied with this purchase once that was figured out. I have all the space I need in the cargo area and the bass I wanted.

I took a chance on this spare tire subwoofer thinking well I'll only get a little bass probably nothing too serious. Wow is all I can say it shakes the rear view mirror pretty good and it jars the outside panels on the back of my 21 Nissan Murano and the bass travels all the way to the windshield wipers had to place my hand on one to get it to quit vibrating the front 10 outta 10 at least for me I'm a old school bass head and this has satisfied me for a daily driver and not compromising any space.
